Here at Yoga Source, we offer a variety of different traditions of hatha yoga. With over 50 classes a week in progressive and all levels, come explore our diverse styles. From vigorous to restorative, discover a class that appropriately meets your needs. Our experienced and certified instructors can help you cultivate a regular practice. Get inspired to transform!

new to yoga?


As a new student to yoga, you'll want an all all levels or Level 1 class. It's a good idea to try out a few different styles. When you find a style that's right for you it's best to stick with it. We recommend at least 3-6 months of a regular weekly practice. In that time, you can get a glimpse of what yoga can bring to your life. We also offer special packages like New to Us and 12 Week Enrollment.

And don't forget our monthly intro to yoga, a free class offered the 4th Saturday of each month. If you have any additional questions or need a little extra guidance, please call our studio (804-359-9642) and our staff will be happy to assist you. All of our teachers welcome your questions and are available 10 minutes before and after class time.
