a dynamic approach to sequencing postures with the breath, in a fluid movement pattern. this dynamic class typically begins with a sun salutation warm-up series, emphasizing the importance of connecting breath with movement. upper level classes will incorporate more challenging postures such as creative standing balances, arm balancing, inversions and backbends. modifications and variations are offered for all postures, so that the intensity and challenge is up to the individual. vinyasa classes are best if you are already physically active, comfortable with the basic postures, and appreciate a healthy sweat.

level 1.5: advanced beginner - intermediate (1+ yrs)
build strength and endurance and explore more challenging postures - creative standing balances, prone backbends, twists, and preparatory inversions.

explore more challenging postures such as deep backbends and forward folds, arm balances, and inversions in the center of the room. break through internally perceived physical and mental limitations by mindfully playing your “edge”.
