yin yoga provides balance and harmony to your active (yang) yoga practice and busy life. release tension and lengthen muscles with gentle, yet intense, long-held postures combined with breath work and meditation. yin yoga goes beneath the superficial muscles to target the dense connective tissues of the body. props and modifications will be offered.

all levels of practitioners will find this class helpful for learning the basic shapes of yin postures, while cultivating length and releasing dense connective tissue. props will be used to for individual modifications.
