build strength, stamina and body awareness. learn proper alignment for all conditioning exercises, while building stability and overall integration.
level 1.5: advanced beginner - intermediate (1+ yrs)
build strength, endurance, and explore creative combinations of conditioning exercises. the last 15 minutes will be dedicated to a slow yoga flow to release, lengthen and create space in the body.
