A workshop of ancient kundalini yoga techniques designed to repair and strengthen the physical and energetic systems of the body.  Intended for Healers of all types: Body workers, Therapists, Care-givers and Moms, this workshop will teach yogis practical ways to restore and ground their energy through focused sound, breath and physical movement.  Useful before and after treatments as well as for ongoing practice and meditation these sacred Kriya techniques are a superb sadhana for strengthening and protecting the subtle work we do in all healing arenas.
