Kirtan is a traditional Indian component of yoga in which the singing of sacred sounds evokes a sense of euphoria. Kirtan allows the mind to clear of all thoughts except for the chanting - the vibration created is a healing tonic for both the body and mind. Kirtan is followed by a loosely guided meditation allowing the mind to remain focused in the present moment; clear, open, awake.

Winter Dates: Fridays,1/8, 2/12, 3/12
Spring Dates:  Fridays, 4/9, 5/7, 6/11
Time:  7 - 8 pm
Cost:   Free! (suggested donation $10)
